Terms & Conditions

Information on how to participate in the Elevate your Game-Day Experience with Higgins promotion forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Applications that do not comply with these Conditions of Entry are ineligible. By accepting the prize, applicants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Promotional Period

Closes: 4:00pm Thursday, 29 May 2025

The Prize

One (1) winner will receive four (4) tickets for access to the Trophy Room at Suncorp Stadium, Brisbane for the Brisbane Broncos versus Gold Coast Titans match on Saturday, 7 June 2025. Prize is inclusive of:

• Pre-game canapes and half-time snacks
• Air-conditioned meeting area and bar
• Open from 1.5 hours prior to kick-off
• 5-hour Platinum beverage package – Lion beers, wines, and Coca-Cola soft drinks (excludes spirits)
• Reserved corporate seating

A Smart Casual dress code applies for access to the Trophy Room. No ripped jeans, singlets, shorts or thongs – Footy jerseys are permitted.

Entry Restrictions

This competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

Entrants must not be: Brisbane Broncos staff or family members or Employees of Higgins or their immediate family members.

Notification of Winners

The winner will be drawn at the Higgins Brisbane office, 52B Bishop St, Kelvin Grove QLD 4059, between 4:00pm-5:00pm on Friday 30 May, 2025. Winners will be notified via email.

Prize Restrictions

The Promoter is Higgins Coatings Pty Limited, (ABN 050 005 632 708), 1/297 Ingles St, Port Melbourne VIC 3207 Australia. No part of this prize is exchangeable, redeemable for cash or any other prize, or transferable. If the winner is unwilling to accept, they forfeit the prize, and the Promoter is not obliged to substitute the prize. Higgins Coatings is not liable to the winner for a replacement prize or cash equivalent if the prize cannot be provided due to circumstances outside of Higgins Coatings control. Higgins Coatings is not responsible for any of the winner’s travel or accommodation costs that may be associated with the prize.

One (1) entry only is allowed per person. Entries for this competition are open strictly for the Competition Period only. There will be one (1) prize winner only. The winner will be drawn at random between 4:00pm and 5:00pm (AEST) on Friday, 30 May, 2025. The winner will be published on Higgins Coatings’ website and will be contacted by a Higgins Coatings representative via email. Higgins Coatings will send the four (4) Trophy Room tickets to the Brisbane Broncos versus Gold Coast Titans match on Saturday, 7th of June 2025 at Suncorp Stadium, Brisbane to the winner's nominated email address.

By entering this competition entrants:
1. agree to Higgins Coatings using their details for future marketing and publicity purposes, to the extent permitted by the law;
2. warrant that they meet the entry eligibility requirements set out above and accept these terms and conditions; and
3. acknowledge that personal information will be collected by Higgins Coatings. All personal information will be collected and dealt with as per Higgins Coatings’ privacy policy (a copy of the policy can be accessed here).

If Higgins Coatings reasonably considers there has been a breach by the entrant of these terms and conditions, Higgins Coatings reserves all rights to exclude the entrant from participating in the competition or receiving any prize.
